 Returns Procedure

-To return an item, please notify us within the applicable timeframe (14 days for cancellation, 30 days for faulty goods) by email or post.

-Please note customised items are exempt and cannot be refunded. 

-Please provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

-We will provide you with instructions on where to send the return.

-You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

-You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless the goods are faulty.

-We recommend that you send the goods by a tracked and insured delivery method, as you are responsible for the goods until we receive them.
